I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in desk personnel were incredibly helpful, making the process smooth and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable, with just the right amount of bedding. I loved that there were two different firm/medium pillows to choose from on either bed. The bathroom was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was clean and felt safe. The lobby was pleasant and showcased beautiful artwork, adding to the overall aura of the place. Additionally, the hotel had partially openable windows and excellent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The pillows were soft, and the bed was top-notch. The in-room lights were unique and added to the overall ambiance. I felt secure with the safe provided and appreciated having a small fridge in the room. The seating in the room was better than average, and the views of the sound were great. The hotel also had a wonderful bar and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast staff on the 25th floor were responsive and courteous, and I enjoyed the fruit salad and English muffin.
